Adam O'Neill is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Owner at O'Neill Sports Therapy.
Professionally, Adam has been involved in a variety of sports from the amateur to elite level, including work with the Calgary Hitmen in the WHL and Saskatchewan Roughriders in the CFL.
Currently Adam is heavily involved in the sports community in Regina, working as a member of the Saskatchewan Sports Medicine Council on site at a number events and as the Head Athletic Therapist for the Regina Pat Canadians Midget AAA hockey club.
Clinically, Adam enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels and tailors their rehabilitation to the specific demands of their work, activity and sports. Adam has experience in treating a large variety of both acute and chronic conditions. He believes in identifying and treating the cause of the pain, not just managing symptoms, so that once the pain is gone, it doesn't come back. Adam's treatment approach uses a thorough assessment of the injury to identify the specific needs of each individual. The patient is then treated with a combination of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, acupuncture and neurokinetic therapy.
The goal with all patients is pain-free return to life and sport.
