Adam O'Neill
Owner, Certified Athletic Therapist

Struggling with back pain? Shoulder issues? Or maybe a stiff neck? I’ve been there! Growing up playing a variety of sports I’ve had my fair share of aches and pains. As a University rugby player I suffered a career-ending shoulder injury which required surgery. After seeking out an Athletic Therapist to help with my rehab, I decided to pursue the career myself and have never looked back! I have been certified as an Athletic Therapist for over 5 years and have worked with all of life’s “athletes”. From spending a season with the Saskatchewan Roughriders and many seasons as head therapist of the Regina Pat Canadians to the weekend warrior who is really feeling it after their annual lawn bowling tournament, I truly enjoy working with driven and open-minded people just like you! I have taken many continuing education courses such as NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT),Propioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex (P-DTR) to provide all of life’s athletes with the best treatment plan for them consisting of a combination of manual and exercise therapy and a focus on staying active through the rehabilitation process.
If you are struggling through a serious injury or just have a few aches and pains you’d like help with, be sure to reach out or book an appointment .
